At eden-outcast.com we sell our own branded design products.
We accept the following creditcards: Visa/visa-dankort, MasterCard & maestro.
We also accept Mobilepay (danish customers only).
Upon purchase the payment will be withdrawn, when the order is dispatched.
If you wish to pay by other means, you are welcome to contact us either by mail or phone.
An order on eden-outcast.com may be placed at all hours throughout the day.
We ship by GLS to GLS shops. Upon checkout you may select the GLS shop of your choice to send the order to.
We dispatch 2-3 times a week, so delivery will typically be 2-4 business days. If your order is needed to arrive urgently (eg. for a present), please contact us by phone or email.

The price of shipping will always occur before completion of the order. We offer free shipping on all orders above 499 DKK.
If you change your mind, you may return the whole or part of your order within 14 days of recieving the order, following it is returned in the same state as it was delivered in.
The only expense when you change your mind, is the shipping of return.
The amount of returned goods will be refunded. Remember to give your name, order number, and address in an email, informing us of the return you wish to make.
There are no returns for b2b customers.
Your purchase will always be covered by the Sales Law. This means a faulty product is entitled to be repaired or exchanged. In some cases you might get a refund or partial refund.
It is required that the fault of the product has not occured due to incorrect use of the product or mistreatments in any other way.
We always try to ensure that the goods are thoroughly secured in their package as well as ensure that the products are in perfect condition upon dispatch. Should you against expectation recieve a damaged good, do not hesitate to contact us either by email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone (+45) 22484722. When a product is faulty, the purchase price as well as reasonable charges of return shipments according to the Sales Law. There is a 2 year warranty on all faulty products.
If the complaint is justified, the product needs to be thoroughly packaged and sent back to Eden Outcast.

It is important that you do not ship the product before the complaint is processed and an agreement is made with us as it eases the expedition.
We recommend you to ship the product as a parcel. This makes it easier to track the package and thereby remove any doubt concerning the whereabouts of the parcel.
Remember the responsibility of the product lies on you until we recieve it.
Returned goods sent cash on delivery will be denied.
The responsibility of purchased goods from eden-outcast.com passes on to you upon the point of delivery. You should always immidiately check the packaging for visible damages upon recieving the parcel. Should there be any visible damages, you should add it as a note to the consignment note as a precaution. Afterwards it is a good idea to save the packaging and take photos of the packaage before opening it and inform eden-outcast.com of this matter.
If you wish to cancel or alter an existing order, we must be informed as quickly as possible before the order is shipped. This can be done either by phone or by email in which case you need to type “cancellation” in the subject field. This email must contain the time of purchase, name of the product as well as the order number. Any cancellations should be made before 3 pm on the same day as the order was made.
In order to make a purchase on eden-outcast.com, you are required to list name, address, phone number and email address.
This information is required in order to send your purchase to you and communicate with you on such matter.
Eden-outcast.com understands and values your privacy online, and as of such eden-outcast.com will not pass foreward any information on our customers to any third party unless it is nescessary in order to complete a transaction.

All customers who pay with a credit card are according to danish law subject to validation checks. Eden-outcast.com reserves the right for further validation checks if this is deemed nescessary. This might cause a delay of the delivery or possibly result in a cancellation of the order.
